Hi, I'm

Bear II

,

my favorite thing to do is...

be around others

Bear is an ~10yo male Malamute/Siberian Husky. He was committed for euthanasia and taken in by FureverNV in July 2026. Bear is a friendly old guy, who appears to get along with others. This sweet, patient senior boy is the definition of kindness.Bear is incredibly easy to handle and trusts people completely. He happily let me brush his beautiful coat, check all four of his paws, and even gently hold a warm, damp washcloth over his painfully crusted eyes. 💛 Through it all, he remained calm, cooperative, and grateful for the care. He's also a smart gentleman! 🐾 Bear already knows sit and shake, and he's very responsive to his name and commands. It's clear he's spent time being someone's beloved companion. When he sees other dogs, his fluffy tail perks right up. 🐕💕 He shows a friendly curiosity and seems happy to make new canine friends.

He has malabsorption syndrome, which is a gastro/digestive issue. He will be examinted by a veterinarian and proper treatment given. He is looking for his forever home.
